Job Overview

The Data Supervisor is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting sales and inventory data across telecom retail outlets within the region. The role provides essential analytical support to sales managers and operational teams, ensuring data-driven decision-making and improved store performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather sales, inventory, and activity data from all telecom retail stores in the region.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly business performance reports and identify data anomalies, trends, or operational issues.
• Analyze sales declines, slow inventory turnover, or unusual performance patterns and highlight root causes.
• Provide replenishment, sales, and performance data support to retail managers, training teams, and marketing activity managers.
• Support operational optimization through accurate insights, post-training data evaluation, and display-performance analysis.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Prior experience with telecom or FMCG retail data is an advantage.
• Ability to convert large datasets into actionable insights for business improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₦200,000.00 per month
