Role Description

This full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager is located in Ikeja, with the flexibility for occasional remote work. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing client accounts, and ensuring the successful delivery of financial solutions. Additional responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, preparing and presenting account reports, collaborating with internal teams to address client needs, and supporting business development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Relationship management and client service skills, including the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in foreign exchange, banking, or other financial services, as well as experience with investment-related tasks or solutions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively convey ideas and support business objectives.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for managing accounts and addressing client challenges.
  • Team collaboration skills and the ability to multi-task within hybrid working environments.
  • Educational background in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Experience in African or emerging markets is advantageous.
