Job Title: Facility Support (Team Lead)

Location: Lekki

Salary: ₦200,000

Job Summary

Our client, a dynamic and growing real estate company committed to providing a sustainable work environment, is seeking a Facility Support (Team Lead). The ideal candidate will oversee maintenance operations, safety, vendor management, and ensure smooth day-to-day facility functioning for staff, tenants, and visitors.

Responsibilities

Facility Maintenance

Oversee building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security).

Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.

Handle maintenance requests and emergencies promptly.

Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

Safety & Security

Develop and enforce safety protocols and emergency response plans.

Conduct routine safety inspections.

Manage access control and security systems.

Budget Management

Prepare and manage the facility budget effectively.

Team & Vendor Coordination

Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors.

Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Admin, or related field.

3–5 years experience in facility management.

Strong understanding of building systems and maintenance practices.

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of safety regulations and facility compliance standards.
