Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and professional Company Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of staff, clients, and official materials while ensuring company vehicles are always in excellent condition. This role requires a courteous, well-groomed individual with a strong knowledge of road safety, traffic regulations, and local routes.

Key Responsibilities

* Ensure all vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and in excellent working condition.

* Perform daily vehicle inspections and routine checks before and after use.

* Confirm that all vehicles carry up-to-date documentation and required tools/materials (e.g., umbrella, first aid box, fire extinguisher, vehicle toolkit).

* Prepare and submit monthly maintenance reports for assigned vehicles.

* Maintain a complete driver's logbook and ensure vehicle log sheets are properly filled and signed.

* Promptly report any vehicle incidents or faults with appropriate documentation and follow-up.

* Drive staff, clients, and company guests safely and punctually to approved destinations.

* Ensure vehicles are properly fueled and parked daily, ready for the next day's use.

* Keep vehicles clean inside and out, with a monthly deep cleaning schedule.

* Maintain a courteous, professional, and well-groomed appearance at all times.

* Ensure a pleasant ride experience for passengers (e.g., reasonable speed, clean environment, air fresheners, music consideration).

* Remain available for inspection duties or additional requests during work hours.

* Stay within the designated driver's lounge when not actively on duty.

* Always comply with company policies, road traffic laws, and safety standards.

* Inform Operations of every trip made or planned, in line with internal reporting protocol.

* Perform any other tasks assigned to support the achievement of organizational goals.

Requirements

* Proven experience as a company driver or in a similar driving role.

* A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

* Strong knowledge of traffic regulations and local routes.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Must be punctual, dependable, and respectful.

* Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

* Physically fit and able to work long hours if required.

* Must be corporately and neatly dressed at all times.

* Must reside in Lekki, Ajah axis or in close proximity to the Job location .
