Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Ibadan for a Account Administrative Assistant at Asphalt Leverage Limited. The Account Administrative Assistant supports the finance and operations teams by managing accounting records, preparing reports, processing invoices, and ensuring proper documentation of all financial transactions related to asphalt supply, logistics, and site operations. The role also provides general administrative support to enhance coordination between the accounts department and other units of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and organize daily financial transactions, invoices, and receipts.
- Support account reconciliation, payment processing, and client follow-ups.
- Maintain proper documentation for quotations, LPOs, and supplier records.
- Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and financial statements.
- Coordinate administrative tasks and communication between departments.
- Manage filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping for audits and compliance.
Qualifications
- ND, HND, or B.Sc. in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or administrative support.
- Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic accounting software
. - Good understanding of bookkeeping and financial record management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under minimal supervision.
