About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer (Level 1) to join our engineering and site delivery team. The successful candidate will assist in preparing workshop drawings, provide on-site technical support, and ensure that all electrical work complies with approved project specifications and standards. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level engineer who wants to grow in electrical design, construction, and project execution within a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in the preparation and filing of workshop drawings and related documentation.

· Support the implementation and monitoring of electrical work on-site under guidance.

· Interpret and execute workshop drawings accurately.

· Submit site reports, inspection requests, and progress updates as required.

· Provide technical support to site workers and subcontractors.

· Ensure all work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

· Carry out any other related duties assigned by the project engineer or supervisor.

Health, Safety & Environmental (OHSE) Responsibilities

· Follow all company health and safety procedures.

· Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and obey safety signage at all times.

· Report identified defects, incidents, or potential hazards immediately.

· Participate in toolbox talks and safety briefings.

· Promote a safe, sustainable, and environmentally responsible workplace.

Skills & Abilities

· Strong teamwork and communication skills.

· Ability to interpret and understand electrical drawings.

· Good coordination and organizational abilities.

· Detail-oriented and proactive learner.

· Ability to work under supervision while meeting deadlines.

Knowledge & Technical Requirements

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

· Basic proficiency in AutoCAD.

· Understanding of general electrical principles and standards.

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

· 0–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).

· Exposure to construction or engineering projects will be an advantage.
