Our client in Lekki is looking for a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of the company, ensure smooth workflow, improve efficiency, and support business growth. The ideal candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in coordinating people, processes, and resources to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop, implement, and improve operational processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor and supervise staff performance, providing guidance and support when needed.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of tasks.
  • Track operational metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements for efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
  • Manage and allocate resources such as manpower, materials, and equipment.
  • Identify operational issues quickly and implement effective solutions.
  • Lead operational planning to support business goals and growth strategies.
  • Handle vendor, client, and stakeholder relationships as required.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for operational staff.
  • Ensure all operational activities stay within approved budgets.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years experience in operations management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and make strategic recommendations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under pressure, solve problems quickly, and multitask effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Experience in logistics, construction, engineering, or service-based industries is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦300,000.00 per month
