The Architect will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the construction of building projects from concept to completion. The role involves creating functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing designs that align with company goals, budget constraints, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
  • Create building designs and highly detailed drawing, blueprints, layouts, and 3D Visualisation by using specialist computer-aided design(CAD) applications.
  • Collaborate with engineers, quantity surveyors, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design feasibility and cost efficiency.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure construction works align with approved drawings and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
  • Review and approve architectural plans, materials, and specifications.
  • Prepare project documentation including drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Participate in project planning, budgeting, and timeline management.
  • Provide professional advice and design solutions for renovation and remodeling projects.
  • Stay updated with modern architectural trends, technologies, and sustainable design practices.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Experienced in architectural design, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, or ArchiCAD.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction techniques.
  • Excellent project management and teamwork skills.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
