Role Overview

Neuraguide is on the hunt for a highly creative and tech-savvy Social Media Manager/Content Strategist to join our remote team. This isn't just about planning, it's about creating. We want someone who can craft compelling content, spark conversations, and build a digital presence that resonates.

You'll lead the charge in developing and executing innovative social media strategies, producing original content, and analyzing performance to drive engagement and growth. If you're passionate about AI, storytelling, and digital culture, this is your playground.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals
  • Create original, high-quality content (text, image, video) for multiple platforms
  • Manage and optimize social media profiles (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments/messages in real time
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to refine strategy and improve results
  • Stay ahead of trends, tools, and platform updates to keep our content fresh and relevant
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and campaigns

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Strong content creation skills: writing, visual storytelling, and video editing
  • Excellent communication and copywriting abilities
  • Tech-aware, innovative, and creatively driven
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later)
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative remote environment
  • Prior experience in a similar role or industry is a plus
