Key Responsibilities:

● Drive deposit mobilization by sourcing new customers and deepening relationships with existing clients. ● Promote and sell savings and fixed deposit products to individuals, businesses, and organizations.

● Identify and develop new markets and potential deposit opportunities.

● Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and referrals.

● Achieve monthly and quarterly deposit growth targets.

● Conduct market analysis and provide insights on trends and competitor activities.

● Ensure all account opening documentation and transactions comply with KYC and regulatory standards. ● Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Credit, Digital) to ensure customer satisfaction.

● Prepare and submit timely reports on deposit performance, client feedback, and field activities.

● Represent the bank professionally during customer visits, events, and community outreach programs.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance, Marketing, or related field.

● Minimum of 3 years' experience in deposit mobilization, sales, or relationship management in a digital microfinance or commercial bank.

● Energetic, proactive, and results-driven attitude.

● Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

● Strong understanding of retail and SME banking products.

● High level of integrity, accountability, and customer service orientation.
