Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Finance Officer based in Lagos. The Junior Finance Officer will be responsible for:

Preparing financial statements,

Assisting in financial reporting,

Conducting financial analyses, and

Supporting day-to-day financial operations. The role also demands collaboration with internal teams, ensuring accurate financial processes, and effective communication with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience with Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and core Finance operations
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data and make informed recommendations
  • Excellent Communication skills for reporting and collaborating with team members and stakeholders
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Proficiency in financial tools and software is a plus
  • Previous experience in microfinance or SME lending is advantageous
