The idea candidate will develop and executedata -driven digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, optimizecontent performance, and drive sales. This role requires expertise in socialmedia management, content marketing, paid advertising, and analytics. KeyResponsibilities Social Media& Content Marketing - Develop andexecute a content strategy that aligns with the brand's voice and goals. - Manage and growsocial media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest). - Plan andschedule engaging content, including reels, carousels, and IG stories. - Collaboratewith the creative team to optimize visuals, captions, and brand messaging. - Monitor trendsand adapt content strategies accordingly.Advertising& Campaign Management - Develop andmanage digital ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.). - Optimize adperformance by analyzing data and adjusting targeting and budgets. - Implementretargeting strategies to maximize conversions. - Track andreport campaign performance metrics and suggest improvements.SEO &Website Management - Optimizewebsite content for SEO to improve organic search rankings. - Update productdescriptions, blog posts, and landing pages to enhance user experience. - Monitor websitetraffic and analyze user behavior for optimization.Email &Influencer Marketing - Develop andexecute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive sales. - Build relationshipswith influencers and content creators for brand collaborations. - Track theeffectiveness of influencer partnerships and refine strategies.Analytics& Reporting - Track KPIs(engagement, conversions, ROAS) and provide performance reports. - Use datainsights to refine digital marketing strategies. RequirementsRequirements - 3+ years ofexperience in digital marketing, preferably in fashion, luxury, or bridal. - Strongunderstanding of social media trends, content strategy, and audienceengagement. - Experience withMeta Ads, Google Ads, and paid campaign management. - Proficiency inSEO, website optimization, and email marketing. - Knowledge ofanalytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.). - Ability to workindependently while collaborating with creative teams. - Strongcommunication skills and attention to detail. PreferredSkills - Experienceworking with luxury fashion brands. - Basic graphicdesign/video editing skills for social media content. - Understandingof high -end customer psychology and buying behavior.
