Our client, a professionally-run and formidable business membership cum-advocacy organisation, with Head Office in Lagos, in active collaborations with notable national and international bodies/ associations and governments, requires a brilliant, diligent, career-focused and results-driven professional to grow with its team as an IT Officer.

Key Areas of Responsibilities (in Summary)

* Provide first-level and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network related issues

* Monitor, maintain, and support LAN/WAN infrastructure to ensure network availability and reliablity.

* Ensure regular maintenance of all IT systems/assets including documentation, updates, patches and system optimization.

* Develop, maintain, and update the organization's website and email accounts to ensure optimal functionality, user experience and security.

* Assist with planning and implementing IT-related projects, upgrades and innovations.

Major Requirements

* B.Sc./B.Tech/B.Eng/HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity or any other related field.

* A higher degree may be a plus.

* Professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, CCNA, MCSA) may be an added advantage.

* Minimum of two year's experience in a similar role.

* Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, enterprise applications, cloud services and ERP systems.
