JOB TITLE- PERSONAL INVESTMENT ADVISOR

FUNCTIONAL AREA- RETAIL SALES

REPORT TO- HEAD, RETAIL SALES

Overall Purpose of Job:

Support and contribute to retail sales by identifying & selling to potential customers; Build relationships & understanding the needs of potential retail customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first line of engagement for enquiries, providing information about the company's products and services
  • Effectively engage with customers via email, telephone, social media or any other means
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Improve customer experience to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, referral, and market growth
  • Market and sell products and services to potential customers Participate in marketing and awareness campaigns to increase the company's customer base and contribute to setting financial targets.
  • Follow up on potential sales leads through market research and networking
  • Manage business relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure sales growth.
  • Contribute to the formulation and monitoring of the unit's market penetration strategies and customer relationship plans to increase market Share.
  • Prepare regular reports/updates to the Group Head Sales
  • Regular update of the database of client information, requirements, goals, and progress report
  • Perform any other responsibility as assigned by the Head, Retail Sales from time to time

REQUIREMENT

  • First degree in any business-related course
  • 3 years' experience post NYSC
  • Relevant Professional qualification; CFA will be an added advantage.
