Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Digital Marketer with at least two years of hands-on experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate must be proficient in 
Arabic or French (compulsory)
 and capable of executing effective digital campaigns that enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and support overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, etc.).
  • Create engaging marketing content in English and 
    Arabic or French
    , tailored to target audiences.
  • Manage and grow the organisation's presence on social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, audience preferences, and new digital opportunities.
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Track, measure, and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
  • Optimize content and campaigns for maximum ROI and improved engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials, landing pages, and promotional content.
  • Manage website updates and ensure SEO best practices are applied.
  • Stay updated on emerging digital trends, platforms, and technologies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 
    2 years of experience
     in digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in 
    Arabic or French (mandatory requirement)
    .
  • Strong understanding of social media management, SEO/SEM, and content creation.
  • Experience with digital tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and email marketing platforms.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and translation skills.
  • Ability to work onsite full-time in Victoria Island, Lagos.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Creative, innovative, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
