Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Officer based in Lagos. The Project Officer will oversee the coordination and execution of assigned projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Key responsibilities include tracking project progress, preparing detailed reports, liaising with clients and team members, and ensuring effective communication. The Project Officer will also be responsible for identifying challenges and developing solutions to meet project objectives efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Project Management and Coordination skills, including the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Problem-solving, Critical Thinking, and Decision-making to address challenges and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Leadership and Team Management experience to guide project teams and foster collaboration.
  • Excellent Organizational and Time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on-site and adapt to a fast-paced work environment in Lagos.
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management
  • Familiarity with construction or design projects is a plus.
