TCP Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced TCP Specialist with proven competence in JRC firing systems to support safe and efficient tubing-conveyed perforating operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for TCP planning, preparation, execution, and post-job reporting in line with industry best practices and company HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, assemble, and execute TCP operations using JRC firing systems

• Ensure correct selection, testing, and operation of JRC firing heads and accessories

• Conduct pre-job safety meetings, risk assessments, and toolbox talks

• Supervise gun loading, make-up, pressure testing, and deployment

• Coordinate with Wellsite Supervisor, Wireline, Completion, and Rig teams

• Ensure strict compliance with HSE, explosive handling, and well control procedures

• Troubleshoot firing system issues and implement corrective actions

• Prepare accurate job reports and post-operation evaluations

Required Competence & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with JRC firing systems

• Minimum 5–7 years TCP field experience (onshore/offshore)

• Valid TCP and perforating certifications

• Sound knowledge of completion operations and well integrity

• Ability to read and interpret well programs and completion designs

• Strong safety mindset and communication skills

Preferred

• IWCF/Well Control certification

• Offshore safety certifications (BOSIET/FOET, HUET, etc.)

• Experience in deepwater or HPHT environments
