Job Role: Assistant Baker

Location: Bashorun

FULL TIME

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the head baker in preparing and baking bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.
  • Measure and mix ingredients accurately according to recipes.
  • Help in shaping, proofing, and decorating baked items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper hygiene in the baking area.
  • Arrange and package baked goods for display or delivery.
  • Monitor baking equipment and report any faults or shortages in supplies.
  • Follow all safety and food handling procedures.
  • Support in inventory management and daily production tasks.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience or training in a bakery is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work early mornings or weekends.

Job Type: Full-time
