Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Ikeja, Lagos, for an HR Manager. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment efforts, implementing policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Day-to-day tasks include designing talent acquisition strategies, onboarding new employees, coordinating training programs, maintaining HR records, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role requires effective collaboration with leadership and staff to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing HR policies and strategies
  • Experience in managing employee relations, team engagement, and maintaining workplace culture
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance standards in Nigeria
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in HR management software and office tools
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the education sector or cultural institutions is a plus
