About the Role

Tech4mation Limited is seeking a highly experienced, creative, and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our online brand presence across all digital platforms. This role requires someone who is not only excellent at content creation but also deeply skilled in strategy, analytics, paid ads, and audience growth.

This is not an entry-level role. Only candidates with proven, hands-on experience managing brand accounts should apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute high-impact social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Create, edit, and publish engaging daily content (graphics, videos, captions)
  • Manage social media calendars and oversee brand consistency
  • Run paid ads and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns
  • Respond to audience interactions professionally and promptly
  • Track analytics and prepare periodic performance reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams for campaign alignment
  • Stay up-to-date with trends, algorithms, and emerging digital tools

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years proven experience managing social media for a brand or agency (Links/portfolio required)
  • Strong design and editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suites are an advantage)
  • Deep understanding of organic growth, trends, and community management
  • Experience running paid ads (Meta Ads Manager required)
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and storytelling abilities
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results consistently
