About Us

DW Packs Ltd. is a fast-growing company specializing in food packaging and branding solutions. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Officer to manage our financial records, process vendor payments, and ensure accurate bookkeeping using Zoho Books and other accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily entry of sales, purchases, and expenses into Zoho Books.
  • Process purchase orders and ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
  • Perform bank reconciliation to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Maintain and update product inventory and pricing in the accounting system.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Generate financial reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and assist with tax-related tasks (knowledge of tax laws is an added advantage).
  • Identify and correct discrepancies in financial records.
  • Assist in improving accounting processes and automation.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of financial data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or any other accounting software is required.
  • Knowledge of tax filing and regulations is required.
  • Strong understanding of bank reconciliation, vendor payment processing, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent numerical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦100,000.00 per month
