Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Salary: ₦200,000

Transportation Support: ₦40,000

Performance Incentive: Flexible monthly KPI-based bonus based on target achievement and overall performance

Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, strong visualization skills, and hands-on design experience to support concept development, client presentations, and project execution across various sectors.

Key Duties & Requirements:

  • Develop and present conceptual and schematic architectural designs for residential, commercial, institutional, or mixed-use projects.
  • Create high-quality visual materials including 3D renderings, mood boards, and design presentations for client pitches and internal reviews.
  • Collaborate closely with interior designers, project managers, and consultants to translate design briefs into functional, visually compelling spaces.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering tools (Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, etc.).
  • Participate in client meetings to understand project requirements, present design ideas, and incorporate feedback effectively.
  • Research architectural trends, materials, and technologies to drive design innovation and ensure alignment with modern best practices.
  • Prepare detailed design documentation including floor plans, elevations, and reports while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Exhibit strong creativity, aesthetic judgment, and spatial planning ability with a clear understanding of functional design principles.
  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field, with 1–2 years of professional design experience (experience outside construction is a plus).
  • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
