Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include conducting client consultations, developing sales strategies, providing training sessions to clients or teams, and exceeding sales performance targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align sales efforts with company goals and ensuring effective communication with customers to meet their needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in sales, including expertise in sales strategies and customer acquisition
  • Knowledge of sales management and client relationship building
  • Ability to provide training sessions or guidance related to products and services
  • A proactive mindset with problem-solving capabilities
  • Previous experience in the aviation or luxury services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
