Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lagos for a Head of Facility and Admin. The position involves overseeing and managing all aspects of facility operations and administration. Responsibilities include budgeting, procurement, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring the efficient use of resources. The Head of Facility and Admin will also lead and manage teams, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Facility Management (FM) and day-to-day oversight of facility operations
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to assess operational needs and develop effective solutions
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning for facility and administrative activities
  • Proven Team Management and leadership capabilities to guide and supervise staff effectively
  • Experience in Procurement and vendor management
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices is an advantage
