What we are looking for
We are looking for an experienced leader in client services with a strong background in wealth management, private banking, or related fields. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), driving client acquisition, and growing investment portfolios. You must be sales-oriented, proactive, and able to provide strategic financial guidance to HNI clients.

What does the job involve
As the Head of Client Services, you will
  • Acquire and manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Provide personalized investment consultations and financial solutions.
  • Drive engagement and increase investment volume/value from HNIs.
  • Actively monitor client portfolios and offer performance optimization advice
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to boost client satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and our offerings to deliver relevant advice.
  • Organize and participate in webinars, events, and networking opportunities to acquire and retain clients.
  • Provide feedback on our product offerings to improve client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Lead virtual and physical events that convert users and build stronger client relationships.
