About the Role:

Jocam Nigeria Limited is looking for a smart, driven, and eager-to-learn Sales & Service Engineer to join our team. This role combines sales and technical support, ensuring our clients receive the best solutions while driving business growth. You will identify customer needs, deliver technical solutions, generate leads, maintain relationships, and provide after-sales support, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:


• Identify and prospect new customers while maintaining existing client relationships.


• Develop and deliver technical presentations and proposals.


• Understand customer requirements and engineer solutions to meet their needs.


• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and negotiate prices.

Technical Support & Service:


• Install, test, and maintain equipment at customer sites.


• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.


• Train customers on product use and maintenance.


• Document calibration, repairs, and service activities per company standards.

Market & Product Analysis:


• Research competitor products and propose company alternatives.


• Analyze sales data and report on performance and market trends.


• Relay customer feedback to product development and management teams.

Requirements:

Education & Skills:


• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.


• Proficiency in Excel and other reporting tools.

Experience:


• Experience in sales, account acquisition, and client management.


• Industry-specific experience (e.g., industrial machinery, machine tools) preferred.

Other:


• Willingness to travel frequently to customer locations.
