About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee our company's daily operations, drive operational excellence, and support the CEO in executing the organization's growth strategy. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with exceptional business acumen, process optimisation skills, and the ability to build systems that support sustainable expansion.

Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day operations across all departments to ensure efficiency and alignment with company goals. Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies, systems, and procedures. Drive performance management, productivity improvement, and operational KPIs. Partner closely with the CEO to translate company vision and strategy into actionable operational plans. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning to support business growth. Oversee compliance, risk management, and operational governance. Strengthen internal structures for seamless workflow and improved communication. Coordinate with HR to drive people development, culture, and performance. Manage vendor relationships, external partners, and cross-functional initiatives.
