Job Title: Waitress

Location: Ibadan, Oyo State

Salary: ₦60,000 monthly

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 AM (24-hour shift)

Working Days: One day on / One day off (All staff on duty Sundays)

Role Summary:

We seek an experienced Waitress (3+ years) to deliver excellent customer service, ensure smooth restaurant operations, and maintain high standards of hospitality.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat customers politely

  • Present menus and take accurate orders

  • Serve food and drinks promptly

  • Keep tables clean and ready for guests

  • Handle payments (cash/POS/transfer)

  • Address customer requests and complaints professionally

  • Work closely with kitchen/bar staff

  • Maintain hygiene and safety standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a waitress

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask under pressure

  • Basic POS and numeracy skills

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude

  • Flexibility to work long shifts and weekends

  • Must reside in Ibadan or be willing to relocate
