Client Engagement Officer

We are searching for a dynamic and results-driven Client Engagement Officer with a strong background in customer care, digital marketing and sales strategies. The ideal candidate will work within a team responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns, driving sales initiatives, and utilizing digital channels to maximize brand awareness and revenue generation.
Responsibilities:
Developing Marketing Strategies:
- Create and execute innovative marketing strategies to promote products or services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
Digital Marketing:
- Manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using analytics tools.
- Optimize online content to increase website traffic and improve user engagement.
Sales Initiatives:
- Identify potential leads and prospects through market research and analysis.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct presentations or pitches to potential clients/customers.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients/customers.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information about products or services.
- Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Content Creation and Marketing Collateral:
- Develop compelling content for marketing materials, websites, social media, and other promotional platforms.
- Coordinate the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and sales kits.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and market penetration.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on marketing and sales performance, including ROI analysis.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing and sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (at least 3 years) in marketing and sales roles, preferably with a focus on digital marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM software, etc.).
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and sales techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite) for basic content creation.
