We are searching for a dynamic and results-driven Client Engagement Officer with a strong background in customer care, digital marketing and sales strategies. The ideal candidate will work within a team responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns, driving sales initiatives, and utilizing digital channels to maximize brand awareness and revenue generation.

Responsibilities:

Developing Marketing Strategies:

  • Create and execute innovative marketing strategies to promote products or services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.

Digital Marketing:

  • Manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using analytics tools.
  • Optimize online content to increase website traffic and improve user engagement.

Sales Initiatives:

  • Identify potential leads and prospects through market research and analysis.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct presentations or pitches to potential clients/customers.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients/customers.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide information about products or services.
  • Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Content Creation and Marketing Collateral:

  • Develop compelling content for marketing materials, websites, social media, and other promotional platforms.
  • Coordinate the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and sales kits.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and market penetration.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular reports on marketing and sales performance, including ROI analysis.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing and sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (at least 3 years) in marketing and sales roles, preferably with a focus on digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM software, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and sales techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite) for basic content creation.
