Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The individual will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and developing effective marketing strategies. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying leads, delivering sales presentations, coordinating sales activities, and providing training to customers. Additionally, the role involves ensuring excellent customer service and assisting in creating data-driven marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships effectively.
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including generating leads and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in conducting Training sessions to equip clients or team members with necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Proficiency in creating and executing strategic marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and prior experience in technology or AI-related fields is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
