They are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join their team as a Nurse Aid, supporting day-to-day clinical operations and patient management within the facility.

Role Overview

The Nurse Aid will support the medical and nursing teams in providing high-quality patient care, assisting with procedures, and ensuring smooth clinical operations. This role is ideal for a recent nursing graduate eager to learn and grow in the fertility and reproductive healthcare field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist nurses and doctors in daily clinical operations and patient procedures.
  • Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report abnormalities promptly.
  • Prepare examination rooms and ensure all equipment and materials are properly sterilized and organized.
  • Support patients before, during, and after medical procedures, providing care and reassurance.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and assist in documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards.
  • Provide general administrative and clinical support as required.
  • Collaborate with medical staff to maintain smooth workflow in the clinic.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (RN) certification from a recognized institution.
  • Must possess a valid nursing license.
  • 0–2 years of relevant nursing or healthcare experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
  • Interest in fertility, women's health, and patient-centered care.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Empathetic, professional, and patient-focused approach.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced medical environment.
