Job Title: Head of Operations Location: Abuja Type: Full-time About the Company Our Client is a fast-growing fashion and social enterprise redefining Nigeria's creative ecosystem through innovation, sustainability, and empowerment. Role Overview We're seeking a strategic, highly organized, and result-driven Head of Operations to drive structure, efficiency, and growth across all departments. This leader will oversee production, manufacturing, marketing, branding, and e-commerce, ensuring synergy, accountability, and sustainability. You'll also lead the delivery of a new company facility within 12 months, ensuring it's operational and built for long-term success. Key Responsibilities * Build and implement SOPs, systems, and performance frameworks across business units. * Oversee daily operations and ensure collaboration across teams. * Drive profitability, cost control, and operational excellence. * Lead the 12-month company building project to completion and operational readiness. * Strengthen and expand mobile alteration and waste-to-wealth initiatives. * Support business growth, partnerships, and new market opportunities. * Oversee marketing and branding efforts to enhance visibility and global appeal. * Integrate and report measurable social impact outcomes across programs. * Fully operational internal systems and SOPs * Completion and launch of new company building * Improved efficiency and profitability * Stronger brand visibility and social impact footprint * Successful scaling of sustainability programs Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master's preferred) * 7–10 years of proven experience in operations, project management, or organizational development * Experience in fashion, manufacturing, or creative industries is a plus * Track record of building systems and scaling SMEs * Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills * Passion for sustainability, innovation, and empowerment.
