• Drive aggressive deal closure to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop and implement high-impact sales strategies tailored to target markets.
• Optimize sales processes and workflows for efficiency and scalability.
Lead Generation & Management
• Identify and qualify leads through digital channels, industry directories, and social platforms.
• Manage leads using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversion tracking.
• Conduct outbound calls and personalized outreach to engage prospects.
Customer Engagement & Retention
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through proactive communication and follow-up.
• Resolve customer issues swiftly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collect and analyze feedback to refine engagement strategies and improve service delivery.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
• Monitor global market trends and competitor activities to inform sales tactics.
• Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities and optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
• Prepare and present sales performance reports to senior management.
• Track KPIs to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications
. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related
field.
• Experience: 2–5 years in sales operations, client success, or business
development.
• Industry Background: Experience in consulting or crowdfunding is highly desirable.
