We want someone who is strategic enough to plan growth and hands-on enough to chase it. This role requires a strong mix of marketing, people skills, and sales intelligence.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Grow daily walk-in traffic, online inquiries, and monthly memberships
  • Increase occupancy for all Airbnb and short-stay properties\
  • Build and execute marketing campaigns for both online and offline platforms
  • Manage our social media presence with content that attracts paying clients
  • Build relationships with businesses, corporate teams, and freelancers
  • Turn every lead into an opportunity and follow up until you get a yes or a clear no
  • Organise activities that strengthen our visibility
  • Track all marketing activities, analyse performance, and recommend improvements
  • Maintain strong customer relationships that encourage repeat usage
  • Observe trends in the area and take swift action when opportunities appear
  • Work with the team to refine our positioning and create sustainable growth strategies

Requirements:

  • A natural communicator who can speak with confidence
  • Experience in marketing, sales, hospitality, real estate, co-working spaces, or related fields
  • Ability to think creatively and execute quickly
  • Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing
  • Ability to sell without sounding aggressive
  • High level of initiative and willingness to own results
  • Strong follow-up discipline
  • Ability to work with clear growth targets
  • Good writing skills and attention to detail
