One of our key clients — an international company in iGaming sector — is currently looking for an HR Documentation Officer to join their growing team in Lagos.

Key Responsibilities:


• Preparing and managing documents related to hiring, firing, changes in employment status, and vacation/sick leave processing;


• Maintaining personnel records in both electronic and physical formats, and managing archives;


• Collaborate with consultants, legal, payroll, team leads, and department heads on HR documentation matters;


• Maintain accurate spreadsheets and tracking systems for employee data, documents, and HR metrics.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:


• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role;


• Solid understanding of Nigerian labor laws and employment practices;


• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, or similar tools;


• Familiarity with documentation procedures for foreign employees;


• Strong attention to detail, organizational and multitasking skills;


• Clear and effective communication across all organizational levels;


• Willingness to learn, grow, and take ownership of responsibilities.

Nice to Have:


• Experience with Jira or similar documentation tools.
