You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build impactful products that deliver seamless user journeys and achieve business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces for web and mobile applications.Conduct user research and usability studies to guide and validate design decisions.Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI frameworks for consistency.Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into design solutions.Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.Stay updated on design trends, UX best practices, and emerging technologies in the field.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.A strong portfolio demonstrating past work and design process.Deep understanding of user-centered design, design thinking, and human-computer interaction.Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.Strong visual design skills with great attention to detail.Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.Nice to HaveExperience in developing and maintaining design systems.Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Familiarity with InVision, Marvel, or other prototyping tools.Experience conducting usability testing and user research.Interested candidates from Nigeria can apply by sending their updated CV and portfolio to:
