Job Summary:
The Front Desk Officer serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and business partners at Hush Homes. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, managing inquiries, supporting administrative operations, and ensuring smooth communication within the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Reception & Customer Service
- Warmly welcome visitors, clients, and prospects, ensuring a positive first impression of Hush Homes.
- Manage inquiries in person, via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social platforms; provide accurate information about properties, payment plans, and company services.
- Direct clients to the appropriate departments or sales consultants.
Administrative & Office Management
- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Handle office correspondence, including incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and document routing.
- Maintain visitor logs, appointment calendars, and basic reporting sheets
Record Keeping & Documentation
- Organize and manage company forms, client files, property documents, and inventory of office supplies.
- Support verification of payment receipts and forward documents to finance and admin teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools.
- Customer-focused attitude with a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage high-volume client interactions.
