Rapid Barbeque Grill is a fast-rising barbeque spot located in the heart of Iyana Ipaja. We are looking for skilled and passionate individuals to join our growing team as Grillers.

Job Description:

As a Griller at Rapid Barbeque Grill, you will be responsible for expertly preparing and grilling of meats and shawarma to perfection while ensuring flavor, consistency and presentation meet our high standards. You will also help maintain a clean, organized and efficient grill station while working closely with the kitchen team to deliver quality meals promptly. This role is ideal for someone with proven grilling skills and a passion for barbeque.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and grill meats, shawarma and other barbeque items according to recipes and customer specifications.
• Monitor grilling temperatures and cooking times to ensure consistent quality.
• Marinate, season and prepare ingredients for grilling.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the grill station and surrounding areas.
• Manage portion sizes and minimize food waste.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe cooking environment.
• Assist in packaging and assembling orders for dine-in, takeout and delivery.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the kitchen supervisor or Manager.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience working as a griller in a barbeque, restaurant or similar food business (required).
• Strong knowledge of grilling techniques, seasoning, and meat preparation.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Additional food safety or culinary certifications are a bonus.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a strong advantage.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Sunday(One day off), 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
