About the Role

We're seeking a highly creative and versatile Graphic Designer / Motion Designer / Video Editor to join our growing creative team. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller with a passion for design, motion graphics, and innovative video content. You'll be responsible for producing high-quality visual assets across multiple digital platforms — from social media ads and explainer videos to interactive 3D and virtual reality visuals.

This role is ideal for someone who blends strong design intuition with technical skills and has a portfolio that demonstrates versatility, originality, and motion expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic & Motion Design

  1. Design visually compelling graphics, carousels, and brand assets for digital campaigns, websites, and print media.
  2. Create animated content including motion graphics, kinetic typography, and transitions for video and advertising.
  3. Work closely with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute brand-aligned visuals for campaigns.

Video Editing & Production

  • Edit and produce high-quality video content for social media, ads, and brand campaigns.
  • Add sound design, color grading, and motion effects to enhance storytelling.
  • Develop storyboards, shot lists, and creative direction for video projects.
  • 3D & Virtual Reality Design (Preferred)
  • Create or collaborate on 3D animations and visualizations for architecture, real estate, and product showcases.
  • Design immersive experiences for digital campaigns or virtual tours.
  • Use software such as Blender, Unreal Engine, or Cinema4D to produce engaging 3D assets.
  • Brand Consistency & Creative Innovation
  • Uphold and evolve brand identity across all visual touchpoints.
  • Research trends in motion design, animation, and visual storytelling to ensure the brand remains ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, web, and social teams to ensure creative cohesion.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Media Arts, Film Production, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, motion design, or video editing for digital brands.
  • Expert proficiency in:
  • Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Motion graphics tools (e.g., Cinema4D, Blender, or similar)
  • Video editing and compositing software
  • Experience designing for social media, YouTube, and ad campaigns.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion-based design.
  • Working knowledge of 3D design or virtual reality production (Unreal Engine, Unity, or similar) is a strong plus.
  • Strong creative judgment, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience creating short-form ads for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Understanding sound design and basic video production techniques.
  • Familiarity with branding and UI/UX design principles.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into engaging visuals that educate and inspire.
