Job Summary
We are hiring a Growth Lead to drive user acquisition, revenue growth, field expansion, and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate should be a strong operator who understands digital and offline growth, customer behaviour, and Nigerian market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the entire Growth Department
- Design and execute growth strategies for B2C and B2B
- Drive weekly and monthly revenue targets
- Coordinate field activations, digital campaigns, and user conversion funnels
- Manage partnerships and onboard B2B accounts
- Build a strong collaboration pipeline across CX, Operations, and Product teams
- Track growth KPIs, retention metrics, and overall performance
Requirements
- 3–5 years experience in marketing, growth, or business development
- Strong understanding of Nigerian markets
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work with targets and manage a multi-functional team
- Experience with both online and offline acquisition
