A leading diversified Group of Companies is seeking a highly experienced professional to serve as Director, Board Affairs Office & Executive Coordination.

Role Description

This pivotal leadership role sits within the Office of the Principal Executive, providing strategic, administrative, and operational coordination support at the highest level of the Group. The successful candidate will oversee the Board Affairs Office and lead a team of Senior Executive Assistants/Secretaries, Strategic, Operational and Administrative staff, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment across the Group's businesses.

The Director will act as the primary liaison between the Principal Executive, the Board, and Group Businesses, ensuring that executive decisions and directives are efficiently executed to drive growth, governance excellence, and organizational performance.

Qualifications

A seasoned professional (20+ years' experience) with a strong background in executive coordination, board governance, and leadership support within a complex, multi-company structure. Must possess outstanding communication, organizational, and strategic execution skills, with proven ability to manage high-level relationships and confidential matters. An MBA or master's degree in Business Administration, Corporate Governance, or Management is preferred.
