Role Description

  • Full responsibility for the company's Regional Field Sales operation.
  • Ensuring high market penetration & shelf-space for company's major Brands
  • Ensuring incremental Sales of all of each Brands' SKUs
  • Effective Products Visibility & Merchandising Management
  • Articulation & execution of Sales & Competitive strategies
  • Leadership of company's Field-Sales staff
  • Sales Planning & Forecasting
  • Field Salesforce Targets Management
  • Key Accounts Management.
  • Salesforce Performance Management
  • Team Motivation & Discipline
  • Etc.

Role Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years Field Sales experience
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Regional or Area Sales Manager
  • A naturally-gifted & charismatic leader of people
  • An impressive physical presence
  • A very agile & highly exciting personality
  • Strong communication, analytical & presentation skills
  • Experience in the Consumer Electronics industry will be a strong advantage
  • Minimum of a First Degree in a relevant field
