Role Description

This is an on-site, contract role located in Benin City for a Plumber / Electrician / Mason / Welder / Carpenter at Precious Palm Royal Hotel. The individual will be responsible for performing day-to-day maintenance, repairs, installations, and specialized work in their respective field of expertise. This includes tasks such as maintaining and repairing plumbing systems, electrical systems, masonry work, welding, and carpentry duties. The role requires regular inspections, identifying issues, and ensuring work is completed to a high standard to support the facility's operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Plumbing and Pipe systems, including knowledge of installation, maintenance, and repairs.
• Strong Maintenance and Repair skills to handle a variety of tasks on the premises effectively.
• Customer Service skills to communicate effectively with team members and guests while ensuring professionalism.
• Technical knowledge and expertise in the respective trade (Electrician, Mason, Welder, or Carpenter).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail for identifying and resolving issues efficiently.
• Ability to adhere to safety standards at all times during tasks.
• Formal training or certification in the relevant vocational trade is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a hospitality or similar technical support role is preferred.
