We aredriven by our mission to enable Africa's economies by using technology tounlock growth potentials in the chemical industry.Job Overview:The Social Media Strategist will be responsible fordeveloping and implementing organic marketing strategies to drive websitetraffic and lead generation. This role will also entail nurturing onlinecommunities on our social media platforms and utilizing a wide range of tools,and strategies to optimize our digital presence and engagement.Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive and innovative organicsocial media strategies to increase our online presence, brand awareness, anddrive website traffic.​Conduct market research and leverage data analytics toguide strategy development and decision -making processes.Utilize Facebook groups, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other socialmedia platforms to grow our audience and generate qualified leads.Craft compelling and attention -grabbing captions, delivercreative direction for design materials, and manage projects within the agreedtimelines. Prepare creative briefs, generate weekly reports, andprovide meaningful insights for ongoing strategy optimization.Facilitate and nurture online communities across our varioussocial media platforms, engaging with our audience to build strong, lastingrelationships.Collaborate closely with the Head of Digital Marketing andother team members to ensure a unified and effective marketing approach. Requirements What we think you should have: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Social MediaManager, preferably in a B2B setting.Proven experience in using social media platforms(especially Facebook groups, Twitter, and LinkedIn) for audience building andlead generation.Exceptional skills in copywriting and providing creativedirection.Strong understanding of market research methodologies anddata analytics.Experience in project management and meeting deadlines.Exceptional strategic thinking, problem -solving skills, anda creative mind.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Benefits Why Join Matta....?
