Job Title: Head Chef

Location: Ologolo, Lekki

Salary: ₦200,000 Monthly

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and highly skilled Head Chef to lead the kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in African and continental cuisines and be capable of managing kitchen operations, staff, and food quality.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all food preparation and kitchen activities.
  • Develop and update menus with innovative dishes and cost-effective recipes.
  • Maintain high food quality standards and presentation.
  • Supervise kitchen staff, assigning tasks and providing training where needed.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards.
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate with the procurement team for timely restocking.
  • Minimize food waste and optimize cost control measures.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to align kitchen output with customer demand.

Job Requirements:

  • Culinary degree or professional training in food and kitchen management.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Head Chef
  • Strong knowledge of African and continental cuisines.
  • Excellent leadership, creativity, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time
