Role Description

We're looking for a Social Media Manager & Content Creator who can move fast, think creatively, and drive results. You'll lead our social presence across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn, crafting stories that turn followers into superfans.

What You'll Do

  • Build and execute Kuve's social media strategy across all major platforms
  • Create viral short-form content (videos, UGC collaborations)
  • Run performance ads on Meta, Twitter and Tiktok
  • Grow Kuve's following and engagement metrics month-on-month
  • Lead influencer outreach, campaigns, and community engagement programs
  • Track analytics, trends, and performance insights and pivot fast
  • Collaborate with our marketing and product teams to align content with growth goals

What We're Looking For

  • 3-4 years of social media/content creation experience (preferably in startups or consumer tech)
  • Proven track record of growing accounts and building communities
  • Experience in running ads on Meta, Tiktok and X
  • Strong creative direction and storytelling instincts
  • Experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and trending formats

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques
  • Strong Communication and Writing skills with the ability to create compelling, accurate, and creative content
  • Experience in developing and executing effective Content Strategy
  • Understanding of social media trends, analytics, tools, and platforms
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies for improved engagement
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with AI tools and platforms is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
