By aligning workforce development with organizational goals and facilitating technology transfer, we help institutions achieve sustainable growth and long-term competitiveness.We Are Recruiting To Fill The Position BelowJob Title: Training AdministratorLocation: Port Harcourt, RiversEmployment Type: Full-timeJob DescriptionThe Training Administrator will support the Training Manager in overseeing the planning, coordination, and administration of training programs to ensure effective delivery and organizational impact.The role ensures that training schedules, resources, and operations, are efficiently managed to support both trainees and participants.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop & implement training schedules, workshops and seminarsOversee preparation of training materials, manuals, and resources.Supervise training program kick-offs and closing ceremoniesMonitor training delivery and ensure alignment with institutional standardsMaintain comprehensive and accurate record of training activitiesSupervise the updating of training databases and filing systemsEnsure proper conduct of internal/external assessments in liaison with relevant departmentsRecruit, onboard, and supervise instructors/facilitators for training programsProvide guidance and support to Assistant Training Administrators.Qualifications/ExperienceBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field. (Master's degree is an advantage)3–5 years of relevant experience in training administration, learning and development, or related role.Skills & CompetenciesStrong organizational and project management skills.Knowledge of training regulations, accreditation standards, and compliance requirementsAbility to manage multiple training programs effectivelyProficiency in MS Office Suites and Learning Management Systems (LMS)Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesHigh level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Application Closing Date20th October, 2025.Don't Keep Kindly Share:
