Job Summary

The Marketing & Customer Success Associate will play a key role in driving awareness, engagement, and satisfaction across our platform. This person will support both marketing and customer success functions, creating and managing digital content, assisting with agent recruitment and onboarding, and ensuring renters, hosts, and agents have no issue

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Support marketing campaigns across social media, email, and community channels.
  • Develop and schedule engaging digital content (posts, stories, newsletters).
  • Monitor social engagement and respond to comments or inquiries.
  • Maintain lead tracking sheets and weekly performance reports.
  • Handle day-to-day customer and agent support through WhatsApp, email, and social media.
  • Collect and track user feedback to improve platform performance and experience.
  • Collaborate with the Sales & Partnership Manager to strengthen agent performance and retention.
  • Create and share agent success stories, testimonials, and training materials.
  • Track marketing performance metrics and prepare weekly reports.
