• Lead Recruitment Projects: Plan, organize, and execute recruitment campaigns and client projects-ensuring timelines, deliverables

• Proven experience in executive recruitment, headhunting, or talent acquisition, pre

ably within the outsurcing or BPO industry.


• Demonstrated ability to manage recruitment projects or client accounts from ini

tion to completion, ensuing successful delivery.


• Proficiency with recrui

ment and project managemnt tools such as L

• Strong communi
