Role Description

We are hiring a full-time remote WordPress Developer. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain WordPress websites for a variety of clients. Your daily responsibilities will include customizing themes, implementing responsive designs, developing both front-end and back-end features, and optimizing site performance. You will also troubleshoot issues, debug errors, and ensure websites function smoothly across all devices and browsers.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in back-end web development techniques
  • Experience with front-end development and responsive web design
  • Strong skills in overall web design and web development
  • In-depth knowledge of WordPress core features, themes, plugins, and customizations
  • Ability to optimize website performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team
  • Degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Understanding of SEO principles and how they influence web design and development
